Hub Coordinator – Global Pharmaceutical Client

You’ll work alongside a supportive team of four, helping deliver outstanding facilities and front-of-house services in a busy, fast-paced corporate environment.  $67,500 + SuperWhat you’ll be doing:Maintain the presentation and aesthetic of front-of-house and guest areas.Manage concierge services, including greeting visitors and clients.Schedule and prepare meeting and training rooms.Coordinate AV and web conferencing setups for meetings.Oversee onsite events, ensuring AV and catering needs are met.Troubleshoot AV issues, coordinating with third parties as needed.Handle administrative duties and supply management.Conduct site safety inspections to ensure a secure work environment.Identify and implement improvements to enhance employee experience.About you:You’re polished, proactive, and love creating a welcoming, organised spaceYou’ve worked in a corporate environment—ideally in workplace, hospitality, or facilities rolesYou’re a natural communicator with strong admin and customer service skillsYou enjoy working as part of a diverse, inclusive team and can adapt when neededYou take pride in the little details and bring a positive energy to everything you doWhy you’ll love it:Be part of a trusted global brand (Sodexo) in a client-facing, visible roleJoin a professional, close-knit team that values collaborationEnjoy a stable weekday roster with no weekend workBring your ideas – creativity and continuous improvement are encouraged!Roster:
